Auberge Sawadi is located on a farm of 3.5 hectares in a wooden area surrounded by different kinds of trees: palm, olive, fig, apricot, pomegranate and apple trees and vines.
The Auberge Sawadi contain six houses, one for 6-7 people, three with two rooms, and two with four rooms. The houses have been built according to the Berber architecture. The walls are in adobe with straight windows. This ancient technique keeps the rooms cool in summer and warm in winter. Every detail has been studied in order to give you the most comfort but in keeping with the local tradition.
The Sawadi farm provide the restaurant with local fresh produce: seasonal fruits, vegetables, meat, eggs, oil, jam and honey.
The magnificent Moroccan living room offers you a place to relax before or after dinner. The restaurant and the living room are both equipped with a fire place to make the winter months pleasant.
A multi purpose room has been equipped specifically for different types of activities (work related games, work meetings, and parties). It is located away from the other places on the farm. |
