Dar Nilam is an exceptional place with open spaces and with a concept where receiving is an art which expresses itself in a thousand small details. It is a mixture of Africa and the east at the gates of the Orient.
This majestic place has been skillfully conceived. One can admire the smoothness and the genius of the Moroccan architecture. Surrounded by a splendid garden where bay trees, rosaries, palm trees and other semi-tropical species grow, this beautiful house disposes of a monumental stair case which leads to the ground floor. Three living rooms are harmoniously arranged around a central hall way with the reception.
On the first floor, one finds a warm reading place with a fire place and view at the sea. Furthermore, the house disposes of three suites and two sun-filled and comfortable rooms, each decorated in a unique fashion and with private bathrooms, mini bar, air-conditioning, satellite TV and Internet access. And in order to relax, there are the nice swimming pool, a massage room and a hamman for your well-being.

- More than 30 days before arrival : the deposit will be reimbursed minus 30€.
- From 30 days till 15 days before arrival : 10% of total amount of the reservation will be debited from your credit card.
- From 15 days till 7 days before arrival : 20% of total amount of the reservation will be debited from your credit card.
- Less than 7 days before arrival : 50% of total amount of the reservation will be debited from your credit card.
- No Show : the total amount of the reservation will be debited from your credit card. |
